This online course is designed for all K-5TH GRADE faculty members who work directly with students of ALL abilities, in any capacity. It serves as both professional development for the adults as well as a direct instructional tool to utilize in the classroom, therapy or counseling services with your students.

Direct instructional tool:
- Access a video library of 40+, short (2-5 minute) practices/lessons consisting of specific breathing, movement and mindfulness techniques designed to be shared with students in k-5th grade
- Use in large or small groups, individual sessions, in classrooms or with online/virtual instruction
- Each video is a short lesson that WE lead for you. It is as if we are in the room with you so that you can join the lesson by practicing the technique with your students. Together, you and your students will learn to how to strengthen your inner muscles of achieving states of calm, focus, compassion and energetic balance. For “well-being, self-regulation and stress management” to be part of the fabric of your classroom everyday, each human being in your classroom needs these skills.
